Because so many companies operate globally, bilingual jobs in home call centers are common. Though Spanish is one of the most popular languages for bilingual jobs, dozens of other languages are needed.

New York-based floral company regularly hires for at-home call center jobs on a temporary basis for seasonal employment. It does occasionally hire permanent (particularly bilingual), at-home call center agents as well. Must live in the following states: Florida, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas or Virginia.


Canadian market research company hires for virtual call center jobs and mystery shopping jobs. Bilingual jobs in French or Spanish available for the home call center jobs. Must live in Canada for call center jobs.

Home-based agents take in-bound customer service and sales calls for various clients. Reps at this business process outsourcer (BPO) are paid an hourly rate of around $9, and training is paid. Apple At-Home Advisors

Apple at Home is a work at home call center program from Apple that is part of the company's AppleCare department. Use the keyword "home" in the company’s job database. It recruits French and English bilingual agents who live within 100 miles of Markham, Ontario.

American Express

The travel division of American Express hires bilingual virtual travel agents and call center agents with experience in reservation systems in the U.S., U.K., Canada and Australia. Use "virtual" "telecommute" or "work at home" as keywords to find a job online in its database.

Affiliated Computer Services, Inc.

FORTUNE 500 company, owned by Xerox, provides business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology solutions. Company offers part-time employment (paying $10/hr) for home call center agents, bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Use "work at home" a keyword in company's careers database.

Agents take inbound calls to do third party verification for utility, cable and financial services clients. Agents can choose shifts as short as two hours. Pay is $8.50/hour. Agents bilingual in Spanish needed.
