Stress Management Means Doing Less
- Typically when I feel stressed, if I look at the things I'm doing, I realize I'm doing too much. When I agree to volunteer at school or do extra work for my boss, things get out of balance. And I get stressed out. So I try to avoid doing too much, but I've also learned to back out gracefully.
