Picking the right New Year's resolution is half the battle--not too easy but not too hard. Something that move you toward your goals. But sometimes we mess it up, choosing a New Year's resolution this is a ridiculous extreme ("I will exercise two hours a day.") or too vague and meaningless ("I will be a nicer person.").
But we all learn from our mistakes. And so let us learn from yours. What was your worst New Year's resolution? What did you learn from it?
Too many New Year's Resolutions
