Picking the right New Year's resolution is half the battle--not too easy but not too hard. Something that move you toward your goals. But sometimes we mess it up, choosing a New Year's resolution this is a ridiculous extreme ("I will exercise two hours a day.") or too vague and meaningless ("I will be a nicer person.").
But we all learn from our mistakes. And so let us learn from yours. What was your worst New Year's resolution? What did you learn from it?Tell Us
- I often make resolutions like "lose weight" or "be happier" rather than "lose 20 pounds" and "try to be optimistic"
