My Review

I wouldn't exactly call Arise a scam but there are shades of scamminess to be found once one is knee-deep in production. The Chatrooms are a joke (this being the famed "support" promised) as the Performance Facilitators are often no more informed than a newbie, they are frequently rude and condescending, and one could die of old age awaiting an answer. The training was mediocre at best, the pay scale is bogus, the systems are constantly malfunctioning (time for which lapses is not compensated), and Live Support technicians are largely a bunch of punks. Today I received the proverbial last straw...my invoice listed my pay-scale at $0.00. And I am a TOP PERFORMER!!! I have been told this will be reconciled within a few days....as my account goes bouncity-bounce. DON'T DO IT!!!!

Would you recommend this to a friend?

No
