Benefits are reasonable, plenty of training time, 1:1 coaching and feedback to ensure you are successful, as long as you take the feedback and work on it. Friendly faces, and nice environment. Been with the company as Brick & Mortar for over 5 years and moved from Agent on the phones to Operations Manager. They like to promote within before looking for external applicants as you move up the chain, which is great for growth opportunities.
