My Review
Arise Virtual solutions is a company where you can make money at home however the cost to get started is ridiculous, training by the clients are horrible and different times throughout the year you can't get any hours. This is definitely not the place to go if you want to be able to pay your bills. You never can speak with anyone directly at Arise if you have an issue with your paycheck or client. You have to submit a "ticket" which is then left for about 2 weeks to a month and then you hear some type of response. Either you hear that your ticket was forwarded to someone else or you hear that you were not paid correctly because you were booted out of your systems and could not log back on. The systems that the clients use are less than mediocre and always has problems. I had an issue when I updated my banking information and it was incorrect, which was my fault, however there process is to wait for the returned payment from the bank to state it was rejected and then they mail checks. I was suppose to be paid on 05/22/2012 and it is now June 1st, 2012, have not received my pay and when I chat with the agent who files the tickets all they tell me is that they will update the ticket. I cannot speak with management nor have I received any notification about the ticket that was filed on 05/22/2012. This company is not going to make it very far and although you can make money working at home through this company, the unpaid training and high fees make it not worth it as well as the stress you have to go through to get issues resolved. I would suggest anyone look at another company with a better business model set up than Arise at this time. Maybe one day in the future they will look at their business processes and see that they are only set for the big people at Arise to make money and not for others. Good luck!
