My Review

I'm employed by a global firm of whom has a dwindling relationship with Arise based upon the consistent negative experiences with unprofessional staff and shady business tactics. I don't believe they realize how big this company is that they continue to goof up with.

First, there's absolutely no way to speak to a human at Arise once you get past admissions. The only way to get support is from a trouble ticket system which we have outstanding tickets a month old that still haven't even been answered regarding not being paid. Anyone would agree that when you perform a service for a company, you should be paid in a reasonable time. Not weeks past deadline.

They constantly goof up in payroll and when they underpay you or make a mistake (which for us is EVERY pay period), you have to wait until the next pay period to receive money that's owed to you now. Where is that acceptable?

There's no way at all to speak with anyone at payroll either, once a ticket is submitted you wait a week or two before someone puts a half witted reply in such as "thanks for this information," and closes the ticket. This leaves you wondering, ok what does that mean? Is the issue being resolved?

Between myself and the CEO we are ready to take further action against Arise since this is now the third time a pay period has come, and we don't get compensated for many hours that were serviced.

After servicing AAA for this client and only making 6 dollars an hour (and being complimented every day on how well I do) that's ridiculous for anyone to survive on. All I was using it for was supplemental income.

I terminated my contract with Arise and was prompted to call a 800 number to speak with their services team to discuss the issue, and when I called I was told "that doesn't seem right, it shouldn't be telling you to call us we only call people when we want to speak with them". What kind of company operates in that manner?

Beware of this very shady company and watch out for how badly they will honor their own contract that you yourself will be punished for if you violate it. I only wish Arise would live by their own rules and wonder what AAA or their other clients would say if they found out how poorly they perform in house. If a company or individual knows how disposable they are, you can't expect them to stick around. At least TRY to mask it a little bit.

They also charge you 20 dollars a paycheck and will nickel and dime you like crazy.

Would you recommend this to a friend?

No
