My Review

Pros: Health, vision and dental benefits available. There's also 401k and other voluntary benefits such as home, life and chronic illness insurance available. You are paid during training. There's online chat with your team and your co-workers. Direct deposit is available. You will receive a discount on your services. There's opportunity to make a bonus based on your scores.

Cons: Set schedule - can be a negative until you're able to do a schedule bid. You have to purchase their phone, amplifier and headset. You have to use their phone and internet service and required phone plan. There are no pay increases.

In comparison to other virtual call centers I would rate them a 5!

Would you recommend this to a friend?

Yes
