My Review

This company is basically a facilitator to help you work for other companies. It's not always arise who's at fault but they won't PROPERLY investigate any problems with AT&T end user care mobility unit as they did with me plus another guy contacted me about their problems with AT&T as well.

I have been involved in this arise company in the past. I had misconceptions for the time on the phone. They offer you noooo real way to track the amount of talk time you spend on the phone which is what you get paid for-the talk time. They don't allow you to record your work as stated in the contract so there's no real way to track your time.

Tell me this, they'd send me stats that had segmented times of my calls. I'd have stats that said I was logged in for 15 minutes and I was in after-call mode for like 20 minutes.

After-call is the amount of time you spend on hold-basically. How is it even possible to be on hold MORe than the time you are logged in?

I've asked EVERYONE in arise this and NOBODY COULD ANSWER.

I got let go from this company supposedly because my average handle time-or aka talk time- was to low but I don't think they properly kept track of this to begin with. I worked for six months and made the .24 cents a minute alot which is the 2nd best pay you can make.

I just had a guy contact me from this site stating that he's worked a year for arise and he's never made more than the .19 cents a minute. If you only make .19 cents a minute then you are not meeting their goals and he worked a year?

The difference between me and him? I complained because one week this company underpayed me SEVERELY.

This man who contacted me says his pay checks have NEVER been more than $200 for two weeks of service at 40 hours per pay check.

Let's do the math-40 hours is 2400 minutes and you take his .19 cents a minute times that and you get $456.

And each paycheck he's getting $200? So basically he's making .09 cents a minute.

He's making approximately $5.00 an hour and his stats are welll below mine and he's been on a year and me six months?

Arise SCARES you into not saying anything or they let you go just as they did me.

You wanna work for a real company? Checkout teleperformance-they pay you from the time you log into the computer THEY provide u from the time u log off. They provide you with PAID training while arise makes you pay for the training. They also provide you with a computer and everything you need to work from home.

Would you recommend this to a friend?

No
