My Review

I worked for Arise servicing ATT Mobility for one year. The training was inadequate. The amount of time spent keeping up with changes on your own time is absurd - 7 to 10 hours a week if you really want to keep up. The software is absurdly buggy and changes occur without warning and then take weeks to iron out. In training First Call Resolution and Customer Service is stressed, but in the work environment, the single most important matrix is Average Call Handling time. While servicing customers, the support is through chat rooms and you have to learn to stall the caller while waiting for someone to assist. There are not many happy workers for Arise/ATT Mobility. If you aren't a cell phone and computer nerd, look for other Arise Clients.

Would you recommend this to a friend?

No
