My Review

Most of Arise’s positions pay around minimum wage. I actually worked for below my state’s minimum wage of $9.04 for a large part of my tenure there though. The complaints about fees with Arise are legitimate. They claim that our $40 / month in fees pays for tech support but the support is subpar. You might sit and wait for a support person for hours and then not get adequate help. The real concern for anyone though, should be one’s lack of a voice. You really get to feeling that you have no rights at all working with Arise. I have kept in touch with people from my classes who have gone to different clients. Some of them report back that one day they try and log in to work and are locked out. No reason given. Others feel “forced out” of their position by getting poor grades on their assessments unfairly. Some of us conclude that Arise makes a lot of their revenue on the tuition collected for the client classes. Thus they kick people off a client so that they can put up another class and collect more tuition. I felt very scared and disposable there and am happy to be done with them.

Would you recommend this to a friend?

No
