Cloud 10's part-time and full-time employment positions require working 32-40 hours in a five-day week. Hours might include nights and/or weekends. However, call center agents are given a set weekly schedule. Pay is an hourly rate and likely ranges from $8 to $12 per hour. Training is paid and done online. Agents are employees and not independent contractors. Cloud 10's call center agents take inbound calls servicing clients in these areas:
- Customer Service and Sales - Agents provide customer service and sell products or services to customers.
- Technical Support - Tech support agents receive inbound calls, gather data, and analyze symptoms to find solutions for technical issues.
- New Product Launch - This position is a bit of everything customer service, billing, sales and tech support.

Qualifications:
Applicants should have high school diploma and excellent speaking and listening skills. Prior experience in customer service is required, and it is a plus if it is telephone customer service or sales experience. Criminal background check is required.
Cloud 10 uses the Internet rather than a landline to send calls to its agents, so no phone line is required. However, as is typical with call center home offices. Agents are required to provide their own computer equipment (Windows desktop) and Internet service (DSL or cable).
