Clickworker is one of a growing number of companies that use crowdsourcing platforms to distribute micro tasks (aka microlabor) to a worldwide workforce. Clickworker specializes in as writing, translating, data entry and research tasks that are spread out to more than 300,000 "clickworkers." The company's clients, including Honda, Groupon, PayPal and T Mobile, contract with the company to have their larger projects completed. Clickworker then breaks down the projects in to smaller tasks that can be completed by its many different freelance workers.
